IF YOU WANT TO DISCOVER YOUR SOMATOTYPE YOU HAVE COME TO THE RIGHT SPOT.
This is the only place on the internet where it is possible for you to find out your
objective somatotype (body-type) based on the methods of William H. Sheldon MD.
Sheldon coined the terms Endomorph, Mesomorph, and Ectomorph that are used widely
to describe somatotype (body-type). This is NOT the fruity (pear, orange and apple
shapes) that are discussed all over the internet. In fact, this system defines close
to 1,800 different body-types. This is serious science that has formed a technical
platform used in research by physicians, psychologists, anthropologists & olympic
trainers all over the world.
WHY YOU NEED TO KNOW YOUR SOMATOTYPE!
This page assumes you know something about somatotype. But if you haven’t come to
that point please get the important background information by clicking on the following
Somatotype takes the guesswork out of self knowledge. If you don’t know your somatotype
you will never understand your personality. Without a knowledge of somatotype you
won’t be able to separate your own judgement from an objective understanding of others.
This has application to any field where you need to understand what makes people
PLEASE KEEP YOUR CLOTHES ON
Somatotype originally required a nude photo. This was a big obstacle to research
in this field and practically brought it to a standstill.
Nude photos are no longer necessary. A photo is still useful to confirm a somatotype,
but the nudity stigma can be avoided by simply wearing FORM-FITTINGclothes.
Although there are some instructions that need to be followed closely this is not
a difficult process. It’s no harder than completing an E-Bay transaction.
Here is a brief outline of the process:
1. Have a picture taken of yourself similar to the recommended pictures below. Ideally,
submit two pictures. One from the front and the other from behind.
2. E-mail the picture (jpg preferred) to firstname.lastname@example.org
That’s it. I will send you the results as soon as the assessment has been made.
If you find the information valuable I would be glad to receive a contribution so
that I can continue to provide this service. In deciding what you could contribute,
keep in mind that this is a personal service that requires 30 minutes to 1 hour to
make an assessment.
